This month we feature the talented Kenyan singer and songwriter Xenia Manasseh.
Born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya, Xenia brings with her a refreshing, new sound to the music scene that captivates her audience with the clarity and pureness of her tone. She is a 22-year old graduate of Berklee College of Music, where she majored in Music Business and Management.
In 2016, she rediscovered her passion for songwriting and began writing and composing her own music again. Now, she is a current resident of the city of Atlanta where she has been increasing her network of contacts and working on her solo project as well as developing her songwriting. Having been brought up on artists such as Erykah Badu, Lauryn Hill, and India Arie, Xenia’s music is heavily neo-soul influenced as well as having garnered influence from R&B, Jazz and other genres of music.
